More than 100 Russian diplomats to be expelled

Boris Johnson has called it “an extraordinary international response”. More than 100 Russian diplomats are to be expelled from a growing list of countries, including the US and Canada, in response to the nerve agent attack in Salisbury.

Moscow has promised retaliation, saying the moves are a “provocative gesture”.
