Vaping on an e-cigarette is much less harmful than smoking regular cigarettes, according to MPs, who say the rules around using them should be relaxed. In their report, they suggest e-cigarettes could be allowed on buses and trains and should be available on prescription to help people give up smoking. But is enough known about the long-term health impact and the science?
