MPs question work and pensions secretary on cost of living crisis

MPs have expressed frustration during a special hearing in parliament where they questioned Work and Pensions Secretary Therese Coffey over what the government was planning to do to tackle the cost of living crisis.

Earlier they had heard from charities who called for benefits to be increased to keep pace with inflation.
