Muslim convert admits Oxford Street terror plot

A Muslim convert who swore allegiance to the extremist Islamic state group has admitted plotting to kill up to a hundred people in a terror attack in London’s Oxford Street. 26-year-old Lewis Ludlow, who called himself ‘The Eagle’ – researched potential targets and wrote down his attack plans – which police later discovered ripped up in a bin.
