‘My dad might still be here if he had been supported as a key worker’ – son of man who died from Covid on Cummings’ testimony

Lobby Akinnola’s father Olufemi Akinnola died aged 60 with Covid last April. Mr Akinnola’s father was a care worker who had to improvise his own personal protective equipment (PPE).

We asked him what he thought about Dominic Cummings’ accusation that the prime minister thought that Covid was a “scare story” last February.
