NBC presenter Matt Lauer sacked over sexual misconduct allegations

One of America’s highest paid and best known news presenters has been fired over allegations of sexual misconduct. NBC announced they were sacking the Today Show host Matt Lauer after a detailed complaint from a colleague. Lauer is just the latest in a string of top television news stars to be fired.
