New Orleans: King sends condolences to family of Edward Pettifor

King Charles has sent his condolences to the family of Edward Pettifor, whose stepmother, Tiggy Legge-Bourke, was William and Harry’s former nanny.

The 31-year-old was one of 14 people killed when a pick-up truck rammed into a crowd in the French Quarter of New Orleans in the early hours of New Year’s Day.

An Islamic State flag was found in the vehicle used in the attack, but the suspect is believed to have acted alone.
