Nicola Sturgeon announces extension of Aberdeen lockdown

With Oldham facing the prospect of having a local lockdown imposed on it because of a rising number of cases, Scotland’s First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has announced an extension of the lockdown in Aberdeen.

It is believed the outbreak was linked to bars in the city. But the co-leaders of the Council say they do not support the move.
