The leader of the Brexit Party, Nigel Farage, today denied receiving £450,000 from Arron Banks in the year after the referendum to finance his political lifestyle, following revelations broadcast in last night’s Channel 4 News.

Evidence seen by this programme suggests that Arron Banks, through his companies, financed Mr Farage to the tune of just under half a million pounds.
