No further police action over cash-for-honours allegations against King Charles’ charity

Scotland Yard says it will not be taking any further action over allegations involving a charity which King Charles set up when he was Prince of Wales.

The Met began an investigation last year, after claims that a Saudi billionaire was offered a knighthood in exchange for donations to the Prince’s Foundation.

Neither the King nor the Saudi businessman have been accused of any wrongdoing.
