‘No sexual abuse of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails’, says former Knesset member

Benny Gantz may be part of Benjamin Netanyahu’s war cabinet but he has provoked criticism from within the Israeli government for his visit to Washington DC.

The trip has highlighted how strains are growing within the war cabinet over its relations with Washington.

Gantz is a former defence minister who joined Netanyahu’s coalition after the 7th October attacks.
