North Korea to send delegation to Winter Games in South Korea

North Korea have said they will send a delegation to the Winter Olympics in South Korea. As the countries met for their first high-level talks for almost two years, it was agreed that athletes, high-ranking officials and even cheerleaders will attend next month’s Games. But do the discussions, held in a tiny village in the demilitarised zone, also offer an opportunity to de-escalate the war of words between Pyongyang and Donald Trump?
