Novichok inquiry: Dawn Sturgess family calls on Putin to give evidence

The family of Dawn Sturgess say the Russian president Vladimir Putin should “look them in the eye” and give evidence at the public inquiry into her death.

Ms Sturgess died by poisoning after she came into contact with the nerve agent Novichok in Salisbury in 2018.

The incident has been blamed on two Russian agents – Moscow has denied any involvement and called the inquiry “a circus”.
