Olivia Pratt-Korbel: Serious and organised crime under new spotlight

A week and a half after 9 year old Olivia Pratt-Korbel was shot dead in her Liverpool home, the fight against serious and organised crime has come under a new spotlight.

So too, the longer term efforts to prevent young people from being caught up in violent crime as the cost of living crisis makes the police’s task even more challenging.
