Operation Black Vote: quarter of BAME adults not registered to vote in UK

With less than one week to go until registration closes, a quarter of black and other minority groups aren’t signed up. The campaign group Operation Black Vote are trying to encourage people to have their say, by identifying where their votes can make a difference.
