Outdoor pools and theatres reopen in England

Go swimming, see a play – but do it outdoors… more of England’s lockdown measures are being eased this weekend – allowing open air pools and theatres to reopen, while amateur cricket games can resume too.

Wales is also opening up to tourism for the first time – as part of a three week package of measures to ease restrictions there.

But even as England considers whether to make face coverings compulsory in shops – Welsh leaders still aren’t convinced.
