Partygate report ‘could be more damaging than PM prepared for’

Downing Street says it won’t be investigating allegations that government whips have been intimidating Conservative MPs who were calling on Boris Johnson to resign.

Labour has called for an inquiry, but Number 10 said it had not seen any proof that such activities had taken place.
