2mPeter Bone: Tory MP faces suspension over finding of bullying and sexual misconduct
An independent panel is recommending that Conservative MP Peter Bone be suspended from the Commons for six weeks for bullying and sexual misconduct.
It found that he repeatedly hit, humiliated and verbally abused a member of his staff in 2012 and 2013, and indecently exposed himself to him on a foreign trip. He denies the allegations.
If MPs approve his suspension, it paves the way for another potential by-election.
