Plaid Cymru launch manifesto with focus on fairer funding for Wales

Just half an hour before Labour’s manifesto launch, Plaid Cymru set out its own plan – with fairer funding for Wales at its heart.

Party leader Rhun ap Iorwerth called for increased windfall taxes on energy companies, more control over its natural resources and four billion pounds of rail funding he says Wales is owed.
