Post Office Inquiry: ‘no cover-up’ insists former executive

She’s been described as the Post Office Executive who knew more than anyone else about the faulty Horizon computer system.

But in her evidence today to the inquiry into the scandal former executive Angela van den Bogerd insisted there has been no cover-up, and she had never knowingly done anything wrong.
