In Scotland, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has urged the public to behave responsibly as pubs and cafes were allowed to have customers outside for the first time – as the country continues its tentative opening up.
But with tourism worth billions of pounds to the Scottish economy – and uncertainty over when international travellers will be able to return without quarantining.
