Pubs and restaurants in Northern Ireland reopen with restrictions

In Northern Ireland, pubs, hotels and restaurants reopened their doors today, although there are big changes, including personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff, restrictions on serving alcohol indoors, and no standing at the bar.
