Queen absent from Jubilee special service of thanksgiving due to ‘discomfort’

A special service of thanksgiving has been held in honour of the Queen, although the monarch herself was not there.

Other members of the royal family, including Meghan and Harry, were greeted by cheering crowds as they arrived at St Paul’s to celebrate her unprecedented seventy year reign – while the Archbishop of York praised the Queen for “staying the course”.
