Raab and Barnier hopeful on EU withdrawal agreement

The Brexit Secretary Dominic Raab and Europe’s chief negotiator Michel Barnier say they’re hopeful that a withdrawal agreement can be struck “well before the end of the year”. After talks in Brussels, Mr Barnier said negotiations would continue without a break in order to bridge the remaining differences between the two sides.
