Report finds serious failings in maternity services at two hospitals in South Wales

Home Affairs Correspondent

An independent report has found serious failings in maternity services at two hospitals in South Wales.

The damning review today prompted the Welsh government to put maternity services at the Cwm Taf health board into special measures. It follows concern about the deaths of a number of babies at the hospitals.

Our home affairs correspondent Andy Davies is at one of them, the Royal Glamorgan in Llantrisant.
