Rishi Sunak promises tax cuts ahead of Autumn Statement

Rishi Sunak has promised taxes will come down “over time” – as he set out what he called the “next phase” of the Government’s plans to boost the economy.

But the Prime Minister wouldn’t say which taxes or when – insisting more details would be forthcoming when the Chancellor Jeremy Hunt gives his Autumn statement on Wednesday.
