Rochdale introduces restrictions to combat coronavirus

The Prime Minister said local authorities in England would be given new powers to enforce new restrictions, to control outbreaks in their areas.

Today Rochdale introduced a series of measures, similar to those which Blackburn brought in earlier this week, to try and avoid a local lockdown.
