Rubbish continues to pile up in Scotland as strike actions spreads

Rubbish is starting to pile high across Scotland as strike action over pay has spread to 13 more local authorities.

Trade unions have rejected a 5 per cent pay rise and have warned of a ‘winter of discontent’ unless a deal can be reached.

Tonight talks with those trade unions have resumed.
