Russia plans new wave of attacks on Ukraine, as Zelenskyy appeals to Europe for help

Russia has unleashed another wave of missiles at energy generating targets in Ukraine.

Power was cut in many areas after explosions in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia.

The latest escalation follows President Zelenskyy’s appeal to European leaders this week to provide Ukraine with fighter jets and more advanced weaponry.
