Russia Ukraine conflict: Nato to boost forces in eastern Europe

The army of Vladimir Putin’s Russia has committed war crimes in Ukraine – that’s according to the US government, following an assessment of evidence that civilians have been deliberately targeted.

As President Biden joins world leaders gathering in Brussels for a Nato summit tomorrow, the war will enter its second month.
