Russian and Syrian forces target rebels in Ghouta

More than 100 people have been killed in the past 24 hours, as Syrian and Russian forces increase their attacks on the rebel-held Ghouta region east of Damascus. Almost 400,000 people live in the area, which has been under intense bombardment since the end of October.
