Ruth Davidson to quit as Scottish Tory leader

The leader of the Scottish Conservative Party will resign her post tomorrow.
Ruth Davidson famously locked horns with Boris Johnson during the referendum and had opposed no deal.
She was also against any move to suspend parliament.
