A Rwandan millionaire accused of financing the genocide against the Tutsis in 1994 has been arrested after 23 years on the run.
Felicien Kabuga, who’s 84, was detained early this morning in a Paris suburb where he’d been staying under a false identity. He’s been indicted by the International Crimininal Tribunal for Rwanda on several charges of genocide.
