Sabotage blamed for Russian military base explosion in Crimea

Russian-annexed Crimea was again rocked by explosions this morning, just a week after a Russian air base on the peninsula was targeted.

In a rare admission by Russia that Ukraine was able to strike deep in territory they control – they blamed saboteurs.
