Schools reopen in Northern Ireland amid virus concerns

The first pupils in Northern Ireland have started going back to school today, after the chief medical officer insisted it was safe to return.

But one teaching union has warned that it could lead to another wave of infections by Halloween – which could see schools closed down again.
