Scottish ministers knew of RAAC risks for more than a year

At least 37 schools have now been found to contain RAAC in Scotland, as ministers there admitted they had been aware of the risks for more than a year.

As the Scottish Parliament returned today, opponents accused them of squandering the summer away instead of taking action.
