Scottish college lecturers withhold exam results in pay dispute

Mature students trying to get a place at universities are worried that their chances could be affected by strike action.

Around 5,000 lecturers in 26 colleges around Scotland are refusing to input student exam results in their dispute over pay.

Some fear they won’t be able to take up conditional places without being able to show their results.
