    Puerto Rico has become the latest casualty of Hurricane Maria. It hit the eastern edge of the island early this morning, cutting power and causing widespread damage. The storm, which is a category four with winds of 155 miles per hour, has already killed at least nine people as it tracked across the Caribbean.
