Second Salisbury suspect ‘is GRU doctor’

One of the Salisbury poisoning suspects, who was last night identified as a Russian military doctor, is also believed to have received a hero’s medal from Vladimir Putin four years ago. The Russian Embassy said tonight that it would not comment on the latest revelations from the investigative websites Bellingcat and The Insider, which it claimed were tied to the “secret services”.
