Senior Tories reject call for Rishi Sunak to resign

“Foolish”, “self-indulgent” and “divisive” – that’s the furious response from Conservative MPs to one of their colleagues who called on Rishi Sunak to resign yesterday.

Writing in the Telegraph – the former Cabinet Minister Sir Simon Clarke declared that Rishi Sunak had to go – claiming that under his leadership the Conservatives were heading for a “massacre” at the General Election.
