In Iran, protests that have gripped the country over the last three weeks show no sign of abating, sparked by the death in custody of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini.
And now another tragic death of a young woman is causing more anger among protesters. Sixteen-year-old Nika Shakrami disappeared in the first few days of the crackdown, and it took her family days to find out that she had died.
We spoke to a close friend she made online, who’s based in Germany and had been in daily contact with Nika for over a year.
