Sir Keir Starmer begins Labour shadow Cabinet reshuffle

Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer is reshuffling his shadow Cabinet.

News of the changes to his team started to emerge this morning, overshadowing his deputy Angela Rayner as she made a speech on cleaning up politics.
