Sir Keir Starmer dodges questions on two-child benefit cap in PMQs

Sir Keir Starmer has dodged questions on the two-child benefit cap in his first Prime Minister’s Questions as PM.

It came a day after he suspended seven Labour MPs for backing an SNP motion to abolish the limit – which prevents parents from claiming Universal Credit or child tax credit for more than two children.
