G20: Ukraine and China lead the agenda for Starmer

Sir Keir Starmer has met President Xi at the G20 summit in Rio – saying he wants Britain to have a “serious and pragmatic” relationship with China.

But the opening day of the summit has been dominated by President Biden’s decision to allow Ukraine some use of long-range missiles against Russia.
