Situation in Gaza is “catastrophic and getting worse”, says WHO spokesperson

The Doctors Without Borders charity has said thousands of Palestinians along with five of its staff members are trapped in the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza – saying they are “fearing for their lives”.

Israel has not commented on the latest situation there. We spoke to Christian Lindmeier, the spokesperson for the UN’s World Health Organisation.
