SNP announces £500 million cuts to public services in Scotland

The Scottish Government has announced £500 million of cuts to public services this financial year as it tries to balance its budget.

Scotland’s Finance Secretary Shona Robison, claimed she was paying the price for bad decisions taken at Westminster. Her opponents accused her of simply trying to ‘pass the buck.’
