SNP conference: We are the independence generation, Nicola Sturgeon says

Political turbulence south of the border provided the SNP with an ideal backdrop for their conference in Aberdeen over the weekend.

Nicola Sturgeon rounded it off today with a renewed pitch for independence, promising to set out an economic prospectus next week, but conceding there would be “many challenges along the way”.
