SNP suffer huge losses in Scotland

In Scotland the SNP had a catastrophic night, losing a huge swathe of seats as the map turned from yellow to red.

With one seat left to declare, Labour has gone from just one to 37, while the SNP is down to nine.

In fact, the SNP has lost almost the same number of seats as Labour has gained, while the Tories have just one fewer than last time around.
