The SNP’s Westminster leader has warned that the party will cause “maximum disruption” to the UK government if the Brexit deal treats Scotland as “a second-class nation”.
Ian Blackford made the threat on the party’s conference floor today, but the SNP has also been having to defend its record of 11 years in power in Scotland.
NHS waiting times and school standards have both fallen behind in recent years, and as this programme revealed earlier this year, drug deaths in Scotland are higher than in any other country in the EU.
