Social care system must be reformed to rebuild NHS, say Lib Dems

Lib Dem leader Ed Davey has insisted without reform of the social care system, it will be impossible to reform the NHS.

On the second day of his party’s conference in Brighton, Sir Ed said that the NHS needs investment up front as well as reform.
